UK orders are processed within 2-5 business days and International orders are processed within 5-14 business days and UK Express orders are processed within 1-2 days Once your order is placed you will receive: An order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note: that processing times may be slightly extended during busy sales or sales. International customers may be required to pay customs fees import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. 6th Generation is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. 

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
